Mass Portal Pharaoh ED & XD
The Mass Portal Pharaoh can now be ordered in two different versions. The XD is the latest version with a user-friendly touchscreen. Both models can now also be ordered with two extruders. The standard version does not have side panels and a heated build surface, and can only print by using PLA. The Plus versions can handle almost any type of material.
As a result of years of development and refinement of the desktop 3D printer, the Pharaoh might be the first high quality 3D delta printer on the market. The Pharaoh is designed to look as good as its prints and is a printer you can really showcase in the office of your company.
The build quality of the Mass Portal Pharaoh is a perfect match with its looks. A solid aluminium frame, parts designed and CNC fabricated by Mass Portal and high precision 'linear motion guides'. The Pharaoh is designed to last, without compromising on its look.
Full support of materials
Since the Pharaoh is designed to offer full support to multiple materials, it is delivered with predefined settings for materials such as PLA, ABS, and PET. The printer can be set for almost all thermoplastic 1.75 mm filaments, thanks to its built-in heated bed (up to 110 °C), closed printing chamber, effective component cooling, fully metal hot-end (up to 300 °C), and powerful extruder.
The impressive quality of the Pharaoh is the result of the design process and fine tuning of the most important parts of the printer. Precision engines, heating block with double heaters, and a custom-made filament drive wheel ensure that this printer can print with a precision of up to 10 micron (0.01 mm!).
The efficient cooling and hot-end and the low vibration level of the delta printer result in printing speeds that are usually virtually impossible to attain via a traditional 3D printer.
Desktop 3D printer
Mass Portal has designed the Pharaoh for daily use, thanks to a careful mixture of features and optimisation. It is delivered in a wooden crate, which can also be used as filament storage and printer table. It has the largest build surface possible within the compact design of the 3D printer: 200 mm high and with a diameter of 200 mm. Since the printer is relatively small and light (17 kg), the printer can be easily moved without interfering with the calibration.
Due to its open-source firmware, the Pharaoh can be used with all kinds of different slicer softwares, both commercial types and open-source. It can be controlled by using a computer or as stand-alone 3D printer, by using an SD card. In both cases, the settings can even be adjusted during printing.
Built to print
The Mass Portal Pharaoh is a high quality 3D printer, made to meet high standards of and to be used by demanding users. The 3D printer is assembled by hand in the EU and most of the parts are also from the EU.
The Pharaoh comes standard with the Simplify3D software. This software is currently one of the most professional pieces of software available for 3D printers, and makes printing high quality objects even easier. You can pick from a large number of predefined settings and watch the 3D printer do all the work.
